Brendon Coffey is a Chef with vast experience having worked at a number of award winning restaurants and International Hotels. Currently Brendon is Executive Chef at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa where he displays his enthusiastic approach to the food, produce and lifestyle of his adopted home Fiji.
