Chef Michael Meredith joins South Pacific Food and Wine Festival, 14-17 March 2012
Chef Michael Meredith was born in the South Pacific island-nation of Samoa and still credits his mother and his Samoan upbringing for laying the foundation for his no-waste culinary philosophy of today. We are delighted that Michael will be joining us in Denarau Island, Fiji for the South Pacific Food and Wine Festival.

Chef, Showman, TV Personality and and ‘Dancing with the Stars’ 2011 Winner Manu Feildel will be creating his own fusion of cuisine and entertainment during the South Pacific Food and Wine Festival to be held on Denarau Island, Fiji.
